It depends on where you're flying from and to. Between two flights inside the Schengen area (most of Europe, with no passport checks between its countries), there's no passport check. Coming from outside it, you go through passport control at TLS, and visitors from outside the EU register in Europe's new Entry/Exit System (EES). Flying out of it, you go through passport control before your gate.
Open the Airports tab in LYVR and pick TLS.

LYVR Pro shows the current wait at passport control, coming in and going out, including Europe's new Entry/Exit System (EES) check for visitors from outside the EU. LYVR only shows the checks your connection actually crosses.
Every checkpoint on your connection becomes a step in the layover plan, so the time to spare already allows for the lines.
0 open with a credit card, 1 with Priority Pass, DragonPass or LoungeKey, 0 with airline elite status. Rules and hours change, so check with the lounge before you go.
Save your flights and LYVR finds the connection at TLS on its own, then times every part of it. From four hours before takeoff, tap your boarding pass to see your plane on a live map.
Deplaning, every walk through the terminal, the checkpoints your connection passes and when the doors close. What's left is yours to plan.

Add your cards and memberships once. With LYVR Pro, every lounge at TLS shows whether you're in, and the live queue where there is one.

Step-by-step directions from your gate to your next one. They follow the real hallways, tell you when to take an escalator, when to hop on the train between terminals and where you'll go through security again. Your route is ready the moment you tap Start.

Getting out, the ride each way, security on the way back and a cushion, checked against your passport. With LYVR Pro, a day in Toulouse, planned.

LYVR lists 1 lounge at TLS, 1 of them on Priority Pass. Which ones you can get into depends on your ticket, airline status, credit card or a lounge membership. Each lounge on this page lists what gets you in, and LYVR checks it against your own profile.
It depends on your terminals, whether you go through security or customs again, and how far apart the gates are. LYVR adds up deplaning, every walk through the terminal, any checkpoints your connection passes and the boarding door time, then shows exactly how much time you have to spare.
Between two flights inside the Schengen area (most of Europe), often yes, since there's no passport check. Coming from or going to a country outside it, you go through passport control (and visitors from outside the EU register in Europe's new Entry/Exit System the first time), which can take 30 minutes or more at busy times, so 1.5 to 2 hours is safer. LYVR works out your exact time to spare for your own two gates.
With an hour or two, eat near your gate and walk the terminal. With more, TLS's 1 lounge (1 on Priority Pass) has quiet seats, food and often showers. LYVR's Explore tab lists every restaurant, bar and shop near your gate with the walk time, so you only see what fits in your layover.
Arriving from another Schengen country (most of Europe), yes, with enough time. From outside it, only if you're allowed to enter the Schengen area, since leaving TLS means going through passport control, and you'd want about 6 hours: the passport line both ways, the trip into Toulouse and back, and security on the way in. LYVR checks the ride each way, the time you'd have in the city and your passport's entry rule.
Free, in your browser. LYVR finds the layover, times every walk, fills the gap and shows your plane on a live map.
Plan my layover →Lounges from Priority Pass's, DragonPass's and LoungeKey's directories, the card networks' lounge lists (American Express, Capital One, Chase, Mastercard), each operator's own booking or waitlist page. Who gets in follows the same rules the LYVR app uses for your saved cards, memberships and airline status. Wait times come from the airport's or TSA's own data, public reports of European passport lines. Times between terminals are LYVR's own estimates.
