Is LYVR free?

Yes. Everything you need to make a connection is free in any browser: layovers found from your flights, time to spare, indoor walk times, live security waits, gate-to-curb plans and 3 Ask AI plans a month. LYVR Pro is optional.

How much is LYVR Pro?

$4.99 a month, or $39.99 a year. Yearly works out to about $3.33 a month, 33% less than paying monthly for 12 months. Prices are in U.S. dollars, plus any tax that applies.

How do the 3 free Ask AI plans work?

Each new plan Ask AI builds for a layover, a departure or a day in the city counts as one. Swapping a stop in a plan you already have doesn't. The count resets on the 1st of every month (midnight UTC). Once the month's plans are used, Ask AI, questions included, is unavailable until the reset or until you upgrade. With Pro there's no monthly limit.

How do I upgrade?

Tap Upgrade to Pro on the Me tab in LYVR, or open your account page on this site, sign in with the Google account you use in LYVR, pick Monthly or Yearly and pay through Stripe. Pro turns on as soon as the payment goes through, on every device you sign in on.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Open your account page and choose Manage subscription. Your plan won't renew, and you keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for. After that your account goes back to Free, and your flights, layovers and plans stay.

Can I switch between Monthly and Yearly?

Yes, under Manage subscription on your account page. Any charge or credit for the switch is shown before you confirm.

Do you give refunds?

Payments aren't refundable for partly used periods, except where the law requires it. If you think a charge is a mistake, contact us within 30 days and we'll look into it. The LYVR Pro Terms have the details.

What happens if a payment fails?

Your account works as Free until the payment goes through, then Pro comes straight back. Update your card under Manage subscription. Nothing you've saved is lost.

Does LYVR have ads?

No. Neither Free nor Pro shows ads, and places aren't ranked by who paid.
