Effective September 23, 2026
LYVR Ventures Corp. ("LYVR," "we," "us," or "our") built LYVR to help travelers plan their airport layovers. This policy explains what information we collect through the LYVR app and this website (together, the "Service"), how we use it, and the choices you have.
LYVR accounts are created only through Google Sign-In — there are no LYVR passwords, and we never see your Google password. When you sign in, Google shares your name, email address, profile picture, and a unique account identifier with us. We store this profile so you can return to your saved trips.
Information you enter or save while using LYVR: flight details (airline, flight number, times, airports), layover plans, places and stops you add to an itinerary, and any notes or preferences you provide.
If you grant permission, LYVR uses location data to show your position on airport maps and help estimate walking times between gates and stops. You can decline or revoke this permission at any time in your device or browser settings — the Service still works without it, using the gate and terminal information you provide instead.
If you contact us through the Contact page, we receive the name, email address, and message you submit, delivered to our team so we can respond.
If you're issued a LYVR developer account (for API or integration access), we store the account email and associated activity separately from traveler accounts. Developer accounts are created only by LYVR, not through self-service signup.
Like most web services, our servers automatically log standard technical information — IP address, browser and device type, pages requested, and timestamps — used for security, debugging, and keeping the Service reliable.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your trip or location data for third-party advertising.
We share information only as needed to operate LYVR:
| Service provider | What it's used for | What it receives |
|---|---|---|
| Google Sign-In | Authentication | Sign-in flow only — Google, not LYVR, handles your credentials |
| Google Places | Photos and ratings for places shown in LYVR | Place lookups related to your itinerary |
| Mapbox | Airport maps, indoor routing, and walking directions | Map and route requests |
| Amazon Web Services | Hosting, data storage, and infrastructure | All Service data, as our hosting provider |
| Formspree | Delivering messages from the Contact form | Name, email, and message content you submit |
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect the rights, property, or safety of LYVR, our users, or others, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets — in which case we'll provide notice before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
LYVR uses cookies and browser local storage to keep you signed in and remember basic preferences between visits. We don't use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
We keep your account and itinerary information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable time, except where we're required to retain it longer for legal, security, or backup purposes.
If you're located in the European Economic Area, the UK, or a U.S. state with its own privacy law (such as California), you may have additional rights over your personal information under applicable law, including the right to know, correct, delete, or limit certain uses of your data. Contact us to exercise these rights.
LYVR is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we'll delete it.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures — including encryption in transit and access controls on our infrastructure — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.
LYVR is hosted in the United States on Amazon Web Services. If you use the Service from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S., which may have different data protection laws than your country.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We'll update the effective date above, and for material changes, we'll provide more prominent notice (such as an in-app notification).
