These Terms of Use (the "Terms") are a contract between you and LYVR Ventures Corp., a New York corporation ("LYVR," "we," "us," or "our"). They govern your access to and use of the LYVR web app, this website, and any related features (together, the "Service"). By creating an account, signing in, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
LYVR helps travelers plan airport layovers. You can save flights, see when connecting flights form a layover, explore places near an airport, view airport maps, and get estimated walking times and suggestions for how to spend your time.
LYVR is a planning aid. Everything it shows you is an estimate, and you are responsible for your own travel decisions.
LYVR is not responsible for missed flights, missed connections, denied boarding, rebooking costs, or other losses that result from relying on the Service. Allow generous margins, follow airline and airport instructions, and never rely on LYVR as your only source of flight information.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service, and if you are under the age of majority where you live, you must have a parent or guardian's permission. You must be able to form a binding contract with us and not be barred from using the Service under applicable law.
Accounts are created through Google Sign-In. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your Google account secure. Tell us promptly at development@lyvrapp.com if you think someone else has accessed your account. Developer portal accounts are issued only by LYVR and are subject to any additional terms we provide with them.

If you believe you've found a security issue, please report it to us at development@lyvrapp.com and give us a reasonable chance to fix it before disclosing it publicly.
You keep ownership of the information you add to LYVR, such as saved flights, itineraries, stops, notes, and messages to us ("Your Content"). You give LYVR a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, display, and transmit Your Content solely to operate, secure, support, and improve the Service and as described in our Privacy Policy. This license ends when Your Content is deleted from the Service, except for backup copies kept for a limited time and anything we must retain by law. You confirm you have the right to submit Your Content and that it doesn't violate these Terms or anyone else's rights.
If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them without restriction or payment to you.
The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, logos, and the LYVR name and marks, belongs to LYVR or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial travel planning, subject to these Terms. We reserve all rights not expressly granted.
The Service relies on third parties, including Google (sign-in and Places), Mapbox, flight data providers, AI providers, and Amazon Web Services. Their content and services are governed by their own terms and policies, and we don't control or endorse them. Links to third-party sites and places are provided for convenience, and any dealings you have with a business or provider you find through LYVR are solely between you and them. Third-party services may change or become unavailable at any time, which may affect the Service.
Some suggestions in LYVR are produced or ranked by artificial intelligence. AI output can be wrong or out of date. It is informational only and is not travel, legal, medical, immigration, or safety advice. Use your own judgment.
We work to keep LYVR available, but we provide it on an evolving basis and don't promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may add, change, limit, or discontinue features (including any free features) at any time, and we may perform maintenance that makes the Service temporarily unavailable.
You may stop using the Service at any time and may ask us to delete your account by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, put the Service or other users at risk, or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 2, 5 through 8, and 11 through 15) will survive.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE OR ANY FLIGHT, MAP, ROUTE, TIMING, OR PLACE INFORMATION WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, RELIABLE, CURRENT, OR UNINTERRUPTED. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain disclaimers, so some of the above may not apply to you.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LYVR AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR TRAVEL EXPENSES (INCLUDING MISSED OR REBOOKED FLIGHTS, LODGING, AND TICKET COSTS), ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS, EVEN IF WE WERE ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE AND (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, such as liability for fraud or willful misconduct.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LYVR and its officers, directors, employees, and contractors from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Service, Your Content, or your violation of these Terms or of any law or third-party right.
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Service are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any legal action or proceeding must be brought exclusively in the state courts located in Nassau County, New York, or the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York, and you and LYVR consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts. Before filing a claim, each party agrees to try in good faith to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the other for at least 30 days. To the extent permitted by law, you and LYVR each agree to bring claims only on an individual basis and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class or representative action.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property or confidential information. If you are a consumer, this section does not deprive you of any mandatory consumer protections under the law of the place where you live.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll change the effective date above, and for material changes we'll provide more prominent notice, such as an in-app notification or an email. If you keep using the Service after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.
